Phil Lynch is the executive director of the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR), an independent, non-profit organisation promoting and protecting human rights and supporting activists seeking to advance their causes through international mechanisms like the UN Human Rights Council. Before joining ISHR in 2013, he founded and led the award-winning Human Rights Law Centre and Homeless Law in Australia.
