Riccardo Bocco is an emeritus professor of political sociology at the Department of Anthropology and Sociology at the Geneva Graduate Institute. He has 35 years of fieldwork experience on the Middle East, with a particular focus on Jordan, Israel-Palestine and Lebanon.
